I've been getting obvious spam and been deleting it, but couldn't find an easy way to take care of it. I'm not 100% convinced the comments you mention are spam (although I highly suspect they are). The other spam I've been getting has been obvious penis enlargement and the like. The sites these comments link to donn't seem to be selling anything. If it is spam, it is really weird. (then again if they are comments they are also really weird...) Anyway, I just installed and activated MT-Blacklist and hopefully there will be many fewer spams.
